We all must have done a job somewhere or the other at some point in time.

Maybe you are already in a job or employment and wish to continue till you can.

Or maybe you are still searching and struggling to get a good job. 

Or maybe you have recently lost your job and desperately seeking another employment. 

Believe me or not getting a job and being in employment is one of the easiest things to do to earn a livelihood as compared to setting up and running your own business.

The question of what is a dream job and why do you need to get it arises because even though getting a job and being in employment is one of the easiest things to do but still find ourselves unhappy, disappointed, dissatisfied, frustrated, bored, angry, resentful, exhausted and exploited in our jobs, work, and employment. 

There can be all sorts of reasons and grounds for being in such unwanted situations in employment or work. 

For example, this can be due to the nature, volume, and quality of the work, working hours, management policies, pay structure or it can be anything else be it personal or professional.

This work reality forces us to dream of a job where we can get both work satisfaction and income satisfaction.

But still what is a dream job?

This question can be best answered by only you because only you know what you want out of doing a job or being in employment. 

Your life goals, purpose, intent, wants, needs, desires, mission, and vision will decide what type of job you need and what you can get out of it. 

So you need to be very clear about your goals, intent, purpose, etc. while you are on the lookout for your dream job. 

Write them down as your personal guidelines and instructions while searching for a job even if you are currently unemployed or have recently lost your job.

 

Your previous job experiences, if any, will also teach you a lot about what your dream job is going to be like.
