We all have our own perception about leadership and about who is a leader. 

We have political leaders, we have religious leaders, we have business leaders, we have organizational and corporate leaders, we have educational leaders, we have celebrities and social media influencers and so on and so forth encompassing every sphere of our life.

Sometimes we do get overwhelmed in our life by watching the media and the people around us with an ongoing and a continuous surge of personalities whom we allow to enter in our lives and about whom we are in a habit of listening, reading, watching and following them. 

We do get influenced by them, we clap listening to them and we also try to follow them, emulate them and do as they say. 

We are basically attracted to them and we feel like knowing more and more about them and we feel awed and mesmerized by their personalities as if they are symbols, icons, God and somebody who is not a human like you are but are somebody larger than life. 

Now there is nothing wrong by being a follower of your leader by being his customer, student, fan, citizen, patient, employee or worker if that encourages you, motivates you or benefits you in any way. 

But the point here is if you just remain an audience and a spectator clapping for others throughout your life then what is the standard and quality of your own life?

The fact is that every and any leader, influencer or celebrity in any sphere of life or industry is a “Salesman” of the highest order. 

Yes, the leader is a seller and the followers of that leader are buyers.

So you have to make a choice and a decision whether you want to be a buyer only or you also want to be a seller because if you are just a buyer then you become poorer and poorer day by day and the money always goes out of your pocket while if you are also a seller then you definitely become richer and richer day by day and the money always flows inside your pocket.

It is okay to be a follower or a buyer to a certain extent as this is important but your effort and endeavor should be to be more and more of a leader and a seller and a lesser and lesser as a follower or a buyer as the more you lead and sell and the less you follow and buy in your life is the path towards richness and wealth.

How You Can Become A Leader In Your Own Reality Of Life

We generally perceive and consider that a leader is somebody we can look up to for our guidance, welfare, and protection which is, in fact, the case if the leader is ethical, moral, responsible, and sound. 

But it is also true that no human being on this planet earth today is God. 

Yes, no one is God today but is only a human being just like you and me. 

And we all know that no human being is perfect and has become a leader who has his own vested interests with his own hidden agenda to serve first.

Firstly, always remember to be your own self as you are unique and there is nobody else like you.

Whatever is going to happen with you, good or bad, is bound to happen with you and no human being can stop that.

Secondly, at your own end you can write down in detail using your inner most heart and mind into it about your professional and personal goals, targets, hopes, wishes, intentions, purpose, desires, mission, and whatever you want in your life on a notebook as a letter to God which then becomes your religion, guideline and like a Bible which you need to refer back again and again as you put your work and efforts towards achieving them. 

You can also draw a vision board on one sheet of paper as a graphical representation of the goals, vision, and mission that you have in your life. 

You can keep updating or modifying your written goals or vision board from time to time whenever you feel the need to do so.

This exercise will definitely make you a leader in your own reality of life as now you will only be focused and concentrating on your own goal sheet and vision board as a guideline and as a direction, purpose, mission, and vision of your life without wasting your time in events, happenings, news and people who are not relevant and useful to you. 

As a leader, you would know exactly what you need to do and what you want from your life now.

This can be related to anything related to your economic or sexual domain like your job, career, business, education, health, marriage, wealth, etc.

Why keep on buying somebody else’s dream, vision and reality when you can create and have your own dreams and vision working in your own world and reality.

That is another matter of whether your planets, stars, and God gives you the permission to behave, act and do things as per your goal sheet or vision board and whether your planets, stars, and God allows and gives permission to you to achieve your goals and success ultimately. 

That is not in your hands because as I said before that there is no free will here. 

You definitely need the blessings of your planets, stars, and God in order to get what you want in your life, the way you want them, and to reach and be in the position that you truly aspire to be in.

But please remember that there is no one here as a “Great Man” or a “Big Man” and there is no one here as a “Small Man” as we are all the same human beings at the same level.

Each one of us is important and valuable here in this market where we exchange value with each other. 

There is absolutely no need to worship or idolize any particular person in your life. 

It is enough for you in whatever capacity you are in, whether as an employee, business owner, parent, teacher, doctor, husband, wife, friend, etc. to do your duties and fulfill your responsibilities to the best of your abilities and sincerely in order to become a leader of your own reality of life.
