Why Is It So Important To Have Your Own Business In Today’s Times?
The world is currently going through unprecedented changes and uncertainties. It is like “churning milk to make butter”.
What I mean is that with so much economic turmoil there is bound to be something that is going to emerge in this new economy that no one is sure what it is.
Maybe a new economic order. But one thing is for sure the world is not going to remain the same, especially after pandemics like Covid-19.
Definitely, there will be new ways to do business with maybe the traditional work culture, traditional businesses and companies eventually crumbling in this technologically-enabled new economy.
There has been a rise in human suffering and agonies due to frequent job losses and bad financial times for an average working person in recent times.
There is absolutely no job security and job stability for the dedicated average working person.
With no retirement benefits for many people and with no secured, safe, guaranteed, and trustworthy place to invest their hard-earned money which they earn from their jobs for a regular, guaranteed, and substantial returns, it becomes a necessary evil for them to continue with their hard work in their jobs till eternity as their saved money cannot give them the respite that they desperately seek during the times when they cannot work and earn.
Due to such turbulent and uncertain working and financial conditions, it becomes absolutely necessary to have some ways and means so that the average person can at least become wealthy if not very rich.
Wealthy here I mean by having a permanent source of enough income in the hands of an individual who can cover all the expenses of his life without having to work for it for the rest of his life.
The only real solution and the only best financial option today to this real survival issue lies in creating, building, and growing your own true business based upon your own unique experience, knowledge, skills, passion, and talent.

How To Start Your Own Business While In A Job or Employment?
The real problem or the demotivating factor to start a business is not about the money investment that is required but is the factor of transitioning from an employee to an entrepreneur.
If you are in employment or a job then you are always in the habit of getting paid for your work in the form of a salary, paycheck, commissions, or any other form of regular payments.
But the moment you think of starting a business as an entrepreneur then you know that you are not going to get paid in the form of a fixed monthly salary.
This itself is a cause of mental and emotional stress where you may think that you cannot operate without a salary or a paycheck as there are all kinds of bills to pay along with other family responsibilities.
This is one of the greatest demotivating factors of starting your own business.
But Can You Be An Employee And An Entrepreneur Both At The Same Time?
I mean that if you are still in employment can you start a part-time business?
The answer is yes you can, but the problem that you are going to face is, since you are getting a salary from your job, which means that you have to meet the high demands of your employment which can be anything like long hours of work, odd hours of work, meeting the work deadlines, managing your boss, etc. which can all take away your energy and motivation to start your own part-time business and for which you will not get paid like an immediate salary.
The only real solution to this problem is that while you are in any kind of employment or job, the very first thing that you should do to start the process of starting your own business is to thoroughly assess your own self.
You should know very well about your own self, your strengths, what kind of work you like and enjoy doing most, what kind of work you are best at doing and capable of doing which in fact you find naturally easy to do and do well better than others and at the same time has market demand for it.
This will give you a directional strength in starting your own business.
Secondly, you should know what is that kind of work that you are motivated to do even if you are not paid for it like a salary, that which provides you with maximum satisfaction and that which you can do with full of energy and excitement even after long hours of work and meeting the high demands of your employment.
If you can find such work for yourself then you are very well on your journey to start and set up your own business on a part time basis while you are still at your job or employment.
You should also remain aware of the fact that while doing such work to start your own business does not necessarily require you to invest any money on your part.
The best examples would be like starting your own YouTube channel, your own blog, or your own coaching, advisory, and consultancy business.
There are also other businesses that you can start which do not require you to invest any money on your part, to begin with, but require your hard work, passion, and patience.
If you can once get into the momentum of creating your own business simultaneously along with doing your job as an employee then it can actually “kill two birds with one stone”.
I am saying this from my own personal experience that this momentum can bring in new energy, growth, meaning, vision, mission, and an assured future in your career and in your personal life.
