How To Become Rich By Just Doing Your Hard Work And Labor!

Have you ever thought that you can actually become rich by just doing your hard work and labor? 

We are all in a habit of believing that to become rich in life we need to either have a high-paying job or do a big business or need to own properties, real estate, gold or do some illegal activities or do something extra and special. 

We tend to believe in this process of getting rich mainly because we know that there is a lot of big money that can be received and piled up by these means which can then be used to buy the comforts, luxuries, and the good things of life to enjoy. 

More money makes us richer! 

This belief and thinking are not due to your fault but it is only because if you are a product of an education system of going to a normal and good school, college, university, or any other professional institution. 

On top of that, you have the mainstream media which influences you to believe in this. 

This is what our society accepts and recognizes, although, there is absolutely nothing wrong with getting rich by working in a high-paying job or owning and running a big business.

But what if you do not have a high-paying job and you think that you are unlikely to get one?

What if you do not have a big and established family business or you do not belong to a big, rich and influential business family? 

What if you do not have any kind of assets like real estate or gold or any other accumulated wealth?

Does that mean you cannot be rich and live like a rich man with a rich lifestyle?

The answer is a big “NO” as I am going to show you how you can be rich living a rich lifestyle and a fulfilled life just by doing your hard work, labor, and making your sincere efforts. 

How You Are Already Rich By Doing Your Hard Work And Labor

There are two things that we need to address while I am showing you the path and the plan of being rich. 

First is your hard work, labor, and efforts, and the second is being rich or getting rich.

So the formula or the equation is Rich = Hard Work + Labor + Efforts.

Well, the path and the plan to solve this equation lies in the self-employment model. 

Let me now discuss and elaborate on this in further detail.

How Being Self-Employed Makes You Rich

There are many advantages and leverages which makes you rich by being self-employed and there is almost no monetary investment on your part to be self-employed although you do need your own office space or a workshop or a shop or a store or a studio or a clinic etc. and the expenses associated with running them.

1. Freedom - This is the most important component of being rich. If you are rich that means you definitely have freedom. 

Freedom to do what you want to do, when you want to do it, and how you want to do it. 

An employee employed in an organization in a job does not have freedom in his life no matter how small or big he earns in terms of a salary. 

But if you are self-employed that means you do hard work and labor for your own self and you are your own boss. 

You choose your own working hours and you have the freedom of how little or how much you want to do hard work and labor on a particular day. 

If you want a vacation or a leave or if you just do not feel like working on a day then you do not need to take anyone’s permission to do so.

2. Using Other People’s Time as a Resource - This is important leverage that you can use in your self-employment. 

If you have too much workload or if you have work which you do not want to do or hate doing yourself then you can always delegate this work to your staff/assistants whom you can employ.

This way you can do your hard work and labor only in things which you feel like doing.

3. Talent, Skills, and Passion - This is another important component of being rich. 

Here you can choose your own field of work where you want to do your hard work and put in your labor.

 

You do your hard work and labor on things which you are naturally good at doing, which you love doing, which you do at your best compared to others and that you find easy and comfortable to do because it comes naturally from within you. 

You also do the hard work and labor on things which you are interested, excited and you are full of energy to do them. 

More important is that you receive satisfaction from your work. 

This is what I mean by doing your hard work, labor, and making efforts based upon your innate talents, skills, and passion. 

This kind of work is very hard to find in structured employment in an organization but is very much possible if you are self-employed.

4. Money - Of course this is an important component of being rich. You must be paid for the hard work and labor that you love to put in for the work that you have chosen for yourself. 

You should make sure that you make enough money to pay all your bills including paying for your staff/assistants and also be able to live a comfortable life with it. 

If you are self-employed then this is possible through the clients that you work for as they have a genuine market need for your labor and hard work that you love to do. 

But you do need to do your hard work and labor to search and find such clients in the first place who have the need that you can meet and fulfill. 

It is now very easy to search and find such clients because of the internet and technology.

5. Building your own Business (Your Creativity At Work) - This is an added bonus if you are self-employed as building and creating your own business is certainly big leverage in getting rich. 

You get an opportunity in terms of time, money, people, and other resources to build and create your own business based upon your own unique talents, skills, and passion if you are self-employed.

And that process is your hard work, labor, and your sincere efforts in doing something, in making something, in creating something, and in building something that you are truly intoxicated to do.
